Master the art of letting go

Things will take time
But
Time is of the essence
A figment of our imagination
The now is all we have
Embrace every moment
That person
That place
That thing
That doesn’t help you raise your vibrations
But keeps you stagnant
Why
Why stay in the same place
You were yesterday
Just because
Because it feels good
But wait
There are people, places and things that feel great
Don’t stay
Stay because it might
Might be karmic
Learn your lesson
So you can
Move
Move on to for greater
For your greater good
Others have been through worse
Run
While you’re ahead
Ahead of the game that you think
You think might be torture but it’s all in your head
Keep yourself afloat
That shadow you see
Wants you to be greater
Greater than you were yesterday
So it’s okay
Okay to want better for yourself
You love yourself
Now love more of yourself and not the idea
The idea of greater
Because greater is out there but first
First you have to let go
Let go of those people, places, and things that no longer raise your vibrations but keep you stagnant

It takes strength, grace, power and love to go through the indescribable pain/blessings that the moon brings to you.💗🤯
The elements of the universe can provide so much comfort—
Fire 
Water 
Air
Earth 
As the moon rises, reaching its full potential 
My passage ways for air are beginning to close in 
Eye gasp a few times thinking it’s all in my head 
Noticing that 🗣 this is not a drill❗️
Grab a candle and a lighter 
My ears feel like I am hundreds of thousands of miles up in the air, touching the clouds.. all blocked up, can’t even hear my own thoughts 
Heat encompasses my body as eye break out in full blown sweats 
With the bit of energy eye have left, step outside 
Sit on my lounge chair and place my head in between my legs to help me to breathe 
From my diaphragm— take in full breaths
Eye feel heat coming from my lower back
As eye try to allow it to come through Eye physically try to call on my phone for help; no one is available. 
Next alternative; 
Eye call on my guides and my angels 
Hearing footsteps in the grass- look around there’s no one there but can feel them all around me. Third eye area has the pressure of twenty thousand bricks atop my forehead
Eye close my eyes and imagine my naked body drowned in a pool of water to provide comfort to my overheated body, mind and soul. 
I then ask for water to purify my thirst.
As I drink, I say a little prayer
Thank you for this water as I replenishes my thirst & my body 
I imagine myself wrapped up in the arms of the one I love and recollect myself so I can force myself to sleep. Listening to the sounds of the rain, blocking out every other noise around me. 
I immediately remember the moon
The moon is my planet 
Coming with all blessings 
Which after new (times)— full, might seem like a curse 
I am an Angel of Joy
A Goddess of Shadows/Darkness 
A Goddess of Love 
A Goddess of Healing 
A Goddess of Transformation and Sexuality
